
Recruiter and Trainer
$18 – $25 an hour
We are an Insurance Agency looking for highly motivated, customer-focused individuals looking for an opportunity to learn and be a vital part of our team. We are looking for self-starters who are interested in a career with growth opportunity. You will be given on the job training from our dedicated Agent Recruiting team, and given the opportunity to become an industry expert, and company leader. We are only hiring locals.
Administration Qualifications
· 2 year recruiting experience required
· Leadership skills and teamwork
· Demonstrated job stability
· Must have strong computer / telephone skills
· Demonstrate attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
· Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced company
· Must have reliable transportation
