Hiring Position: Customer service and sale representatives (Vietnamese)

Location: 1111 W Mockingbird Ln, Dallas, TX 75247 Employment Type: Full-Time

As a Health Insurance CSR, you are the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking help with their coverage. You’ll guide them through their options, answer questions, and provide support during important — and sometimes stressful — moments in their lives.

What you’ll do:

• Listen to customers’ questions and concerns and provide answers or responses.
• Provide information about our products and services.
• Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments.
• Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary.
• Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
• Refer customers to supervisors or more experienced employees

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in Vietnamese and English is a strong plus
• This role must be able to provide clear information in writing, by phone, or in person. Professional phone communication is vital in guiding consumers through ACA enrollment.
• A Representative that helps company retain customers by professionally answering questions and helping to resolve complaints.
• A Representative can create positive interactions with customers.
• A Representative is able to listen carefully and understand client needs
• A Representative who is friendly, patient, and professional—especially with upset or confused clients.
• A Representative can determine solutions to customers’ problems.
• CRM or call center software experience is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
